The Light Stick is delivered in a cardboard box. This serves only as protection for the transport. Therefore, any minor damage, whether slight scratches, pressure marks, etc., is not a reason for return or exchange. The buyer agrees to this with the purchase.
Please note that the outer packaging only serves to protect the contents, i.e. the product itself. Minor damage to the outer packaging such as slight dents, creases or scratches are therefore not grounds for a complaint.
