Shipping & Returns
- Shipping costs € 4.95 within Germany and is free of shipping costs for orders over € 60.
- Shipping outside Germany costs €12.95 and from an order value of €60
the shipping costs are only €8 - For orders with at least 3 posters, we will refund € 4.95.
- Your package will arrive within 7 working days. If a pre-order item
is included in your order, all items will be shipped together after the release of the item. - All packages are carefully and well protected packed
- Posters are sent rolled
- Items that have not been opened can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.

- For some pre-order items you will also receive a WeVerse Gift
- WeVerse is the official shop of Big Hit, a south korean entertainment agency and
record label - Pre-order benefits are usually posters, photo cards or other merchandise.

Höre seit Jahren K-Pop, aber habe lange kein physisches Album gekauft. Meine erste Bestellung war Girls Generations FOREVER 1 Album (seit Jahren Fan), Taeyeon’s Purpose Album und Signal von TWICE. Hatte danach noch ein Album von Viviz bestellt, weil ich ebenso ein großer GFriend Fan war/bin. Ich finde es toll, wie sorgfältig ihr die Bestellung verpackt und das Klebeband/die Verpackung mit eurem Maskottchen drauf ist unfassbar niedlich. Auch die Sticker und die kleine Dankeskarte, die man von euch bekommt, sind einfach eine schöne Addition. Der Versand war ebenfalls super schnell. Kann nur sagen weiter so und ich werde sicherlich wieder bestellen. :)
