What are pre-order items?
The so-called "Pre-Order Items" are products that have not yet been released. In our shop, you will always find the planned release date and the estimated shipping date on the respective product page. If no date is listed for a product, it means it has already been released and will be shipped as soon as you order it.
Why are pre-order items not shipped on the release day?
We always provide the release date for South Korea. However, after the release, the products first need to be transported to Germany.
This is what the typical process looks like
- The product appears in South Korea.
- The manufacturer or supplier provides the goods. They are transported to Germany.
- The delivery is being processed by customs.
- The delivery arrives at Nolae and the items are assigned to customer orders.
- The orders are being packed and shipped.
Therefore, the shipping date from Germany is usually after the Korean release date.
Can the release date change, and if so, why?
Yes, sometimes the release date changes. In most cases, this is because the manufacturer is having difficulties with production or needs more time than planned. We have no influence over this, as we do not produce the products ourselves but purchase them from the manufacturer. If the release date changes, we always indicate this on the respective product page. At the same time, we also adjust the estimated shipping date.
It also sometimes happens that the shipping period changes, even though the release date remains the same. There can be several reasons for this:
