In their debut single, the young singers sing about a love so strong that it feels as though an invisible force connects them. The song remains one of ILLIT’s biggest hits to this day!

About Magnetic
The lyrics compare the relationship between ILLIT and their crush to a magnet. Although the two have different personalities, that is precisely why they are drawn to each other. It is as if they were positive and negative poles. The cheerful melody and catchy chorus invite listeners to sing along and linger in the mind. Fans particularly enjoyed the playful and dynamic choreography, uploading numerous dance covers to TikTok and contributing to the song’s success.
In less than a month, ILLIT reached 100 million streams on Spotify and also topped the renowned Korean Circle Chart. “Magnetic” also became the first debut song by a Korean artist ever to chart on the American Billboard Hot 100. Although ILLIT had only just debuted, by the end of the year the girl group was already one of the best-known representatives of the fifth generation, both in Korea and internationally!
