Another member of BTS is returning from the military. A photobook by V was unveiled on the boy group's social media today! In the first pictures, the likeable singer is shirtless and smiling. Starting today, you can pre-order two different versions of the photobook:
THE HARD COVER VERSION IS RELEASED AS EARLY AS JULY 9!
The hard cover photobook has 224 pages showing many different sides of V. With messy hair in bed, in front of the mirror or alone on the beach.
The book comes with a sleeve, a bookmark, a photo sticker, a postcard set and a sticker set. Both sets each consist of two parts.
We also offer the Hard Cover version with a Weverse Gift!
The gift is a photo and a mirror card. Both extras have the same motif.
Find "V (BTS) - 'TYPE 1' PHOTOBOOK (HARD COVER VER.) + Weverse Gift" here!
THE MAGAZINE VERSION IS RELEASED ONE MONTH LATER, ON AUGUST 6:
It has 152 pages, some of which contain the same photos as the Hard Cover version. This photobook has a soft cover, so it resembles a magazine.
Which version will you get?
About V:
After his solo debut with the mini album “Layover”, it was clear that V can fill the stage on his own, too. The album broke record after record: among other things, it sold over 2 million copies in the first week. This made V the first solo artist in K-Pop history to break the 2 million mark in the first week! Even his bandmates couldn't keep up.
Beyond that, V is also known as a model and was the most searched keyword in South Korea for years.
In December, fans unfortunately had to say goodbye to the idol for the time being, as, like all other men in South Korea, he is going into the military for 18 months. He is expected to be discharged in June 2025, so not for another year. Hopefully, though, the photobook will console fans a little over his absence.
