On July 12, JYP Entertainment announced a new Korean album titled “Between 1&2”, right after it was confirmed that all nine members of Twice have renewed their contracts!
We’re used to Twice albums coming with plenty of extras, and this time is no different! Like the last Korean album Formula of Love: O+T=<3, there are four versions to choose from. They’re called “Archive” (Orange), “Cryptography” (Gray), “Pathfinder” (Yellow) and “Complete” (White) here. Buyers get a photo book held together by a sleeve that, besides the CD, contains a variety of extras: a Polaroid photo card, a Crosscode postcard, a Film Photo sticker, a Message photo card and a folded poster are only some of them. Each of these extras comes in nine different versions; chance decides which one you get. But that’s not all: on top of that there’s a Box, a Heart Glass and five of 45 photo cards! What exactly the “Box” and the “Heart Glass” are all about, we’ll probably only find out when the album is released on August 26. But a little suspense never hurt anyone, right?
Want even more? Then it’s worth pre-ordering the album! Pre-orders also come with one of four posters and, as usual, a 10-piece photo card set. As you can see, there’s nothing left to wish for!
Between 1&2 is already Twice’s eleventh mini album and will surely thrill us just as much as all the ones before!
On Twitter, the girl group uploaded the full tracklist yesterday, alongside the album preview.

Seven brand-new songs await us: “Talk That Talk” (title track), “Queen of Hearts”, “Basics”, “Trouble”, “Brave”, “Gone” and “When We Were Kids”. International fans have reason to rejoice, because “Queen of Hearts” is said to be an English song!
Composers who have already worked on hit songs like “Knock Knock”, “What is Love?” or, most recently, Nayeon’s solo song “POP” contributed to the songs. So we can rightly expect great things!
