Stray Kids will release a new album in November!
K-Pop fans all over the world just can't get enough of Stray Kids! The boy group always thrills their fans with their music and above all never makes them wait long for something new. And in fact, the boys are already hard at work on their next album. You can already look forward to a comeback in November!
It seems like only yesterday that the boy group released their Full Album "5-Star", including the title track "S-Class". Maybe that's because Stray Kids is still celebrating achievements with the album. For example, on September 12, just a week ago, the group won the award for "Best K-Pop Video" at the American MTV Video Music Awards with S-Class.
JYP Entertainment announced a few hours ago that the boy group is already working on a new album, which will be released in November.
Apart from that, there are no exact dates yet. So you'll have to be patient for a bit, unfortunately. But don't worry, we'll let you know as soon as you can pre-order the album from us!
Stray Kids is without a doubt one of the most successful K-Pop groups in the whole world!
From the very beginning, the boy group has enjoyed great success, but even today the boys are still breaking records and reaching new milestones. With the last album 5-Star they have outdone themselves again: It was pre-ordered more than 5.13 million times, more than any other K-Pop album in history! With this, Stray Kids broke the record of Seventeen's album FML with 4.64 million pre-orders, which was set only at the end of April 2023. Before that, BTS stood at the top for a long time.
And it went even further:
In the first week, fans bought over 4.6 million copies. This means that 5 Star is also currently the K-pop album with the highest sales figures in the first week after release!
Of course, the album has also topped several charts: these include the Korean Circle Album Chart and the US Billboard 200 Chart. Stray Kids also topped several European countries such as France, Hungary, Greece, Belgium and Portugal.
On the list of best-selling K-pop albums in history, 5 Star is currently in second place, just behind "FML" by Seventeen and directly above "Map of the Soul: 7" by BTS.
It will definitely not be easy to surpass these achievements, but if anyone can do it, it's Stray Kids! We have no doubt that the boy group will continue to be rewarded for their efforts.
