When Stray Kids announced their 2024 Season's Greetings on November 22, we assumed it would be the last new piece of merchandise this year. But today the boy group surprised us with new SKZOO merchandise for ROCK-STAR! The cute mascots of Stray Kids keep popping up in our shop and show up in a new light every time.
Starting today, you can pre-order key rings, a sticker book and acrylic stands. The merchandise is already coming out on December 19! Find out exactly what to expect here:
Stray Kids - (ROCK-STAR) SKZOO OFFICIAL MD
There are eight different key rings, one of each of the eight mascots. Which one you get is a surprise, though. We're keeping our fingers crossed that you get the key ring you're hoping for!
The sticker book contains eight sticker sheets, one for each member of Stray Kids. On each sheet you'll find both logo stickers and stickers with a photo of Bangchan, Felix and the others on them! Do you already know what you'll decorate with the stickers?
Do you have a photocard of your Stray Kids bias that you'd like to display? Then the acrylic photocard stands are just right for you!
There are eight acrylic photocard stands, one for each mascot. Unlike with the key rings, here you can choose which stand you want. Each stand consists of a base plate, a mascot and a lettering. The lettering is the name of the Stray Kids member the mascot belongs to.
All items are color-matched to the latest album ROCK-STAR, which was released on November 10. The predominant colors are therefore black and pink.
Which of these merchandise items do you like best?
SKZOO
The SKZOO are cartoon characters that were first introduced in December 2020. The name SKZOO is a combination of “Stray Kids (SKZ)” and the word “Zoo”. The name alludes to the fact that the characters are animals. Each of these animals represents one of the Stray Kids members. These include, for example, a wolf named “Wolf Chan”, a vole named “Han Quokka” or a rabbit named “Leebit”.
The SKZOO mostly show up as merchandise, but on YouTube there are even animated videos in which the little animals dance to the Stray Kids hits “God’s Menu” and “S-Class”:
By now there are SKZOO plush toys, key rings, stickers, magnets, buttons and much more. Do you already have a few of the cute mascots in your collection?
