Will Jungkook from BTS start his solo career as early as July?

According to rumors, another member of BTS will soon start his solo career! Since BTS started their military service, five of the seven members have already released their own album. Now only two are left: Jungkook and V. Both have already shown several times with single solo songs and covers that they also have what it takes to conquer the stage on their own.
About a month ago, V teased an original song called "Maybe," raising hopes for his official debut. Yesterday, however, Korean news portal Sports Chosun reported that first Jungkook will release a solo album on July 14. It is said to include an English song, among other things!
Big Hit Music has even responded to the rumors already!
A representative from the agency said, "We will make an announcement once the schedule for the release of Jungkook's solo album is confirmed." That sounds promising, doesn't it? Of course, Big Hit still kept the statement very vague. While it sounds like Jungkook is indeed waiting in the wings, we don't know yet if it will be as soon as July.
As you surely know, Jungkook has presented not only covers but also his own singles in the last years:
The first is called "Begin" and is included on the 2016 BTS album "Wings". For the album, all seven members of BTS recorded a solo. The same goes for the albums "Love Yourself: Answer" (2018) and "Map of the Soul: 7" (2020). Jungkook's solo in Love Yourself is called "Euphoria" and the one in Map of the Soul is titled "My Time." All three songs have successfully placed in the Korean Gaon charts!
Last year, Jungkook released no less than three solo singles!
In February, "Stay Alive", a soundtrack of BTS webtoon "7Fates: Chakho," was released. This was followed in June by a duet with American singer Charlie Puth: "Left and Right". The latest release "Dreamers" was definitely not missed by anyone, as the single is an official soundtrack for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Jungkook is the first South Korean artist ever to release an official song for the Cup!
