NCT Dream has already released two very successful albums this year with Glitch Mode and Beatbox. From today, you can pre-order the boy group's third album of the year: the Winter Special Album “Candy”! It will be released on December 20, making it the first NCT Dream album to come out in December!
NCT Dream - Candy
We don't know too many details yet, but we do know that there will be one Photobook version and seven Digipack versions: The Photobook version will, as the name suggests, mainly contain a photo book in addition to the CD. We're excited to see what other extras will be included!
There are seven Digipack versions, one for each member of the boy group. Digipacks are square, flat paper sleeves, about the size of a CD. Besides the CD, they usually contain a small booklet and a few extras such as photo cards.
With all versions, you can optionally get a poster as well if you pre-order them!
There is already a Christmassy cover for the album on Twitter. It contains six songs in different genres. By the way, the title track “Candy” is a remake of the hit by the 1st generation boy group H.O.T from 1996! (H.O.T was also part of SM Entertainment.)
The song is a K-Pop classic that has already been covered by numerous younger K-Pop artists! Thanks to NCT Dream, it becomes a cheerful Christmas song.
Besides “Candy”, you can currently pre-order two more NCT Dream fan items: the 2023 Season’s Greetings package and the DICON DFESTA MINI EDITION, which includes, among other things, a photo card binder and 100 photo cards!
