In South Korea, military service is a legal requirement for all able-bodied men between the ages of 18 and 28. The duration of service is usually about 18 to 21 months.

The eldest Jin began his service in late 2022 and J-Hope followed him in April 2023.

So Suga is the third of BTS to join the military. And the others will also follow one by one. But not directly!
