You know when you've just said hello and it's already time to wave goodbye? Just when it's at its best, time flies especially fast and before you know it, another year has passed. Yes, 2021 is almost over!

We can't believe how quickly the months have flown by, packing countless packages, meeting new customers, and celebrating K-Pop comebacks together with you!

Do you remember which albums were released during the year? Maybe one of them even ended up in your collection?

Let's take a look back together and reminisce:

January 2021 kicked things off right, as both Dreamcatcher and Treasure ended a multi-album series earlier in the year. Dreamcatcher's "Dystopia: Road to Utopia" was the third album in the "Dystopia" series, and Treasure's "The First Step: Treasure Effect" concluded the overall 4-part "The First Step" series that began in 2020 with the debut album.

In February, SHINee returned two and a half years after "The Story of Light P. 3" with "Don't Call Me" . After all that time during which Minho, Onew and Key did their military service, fans were of course especially happy about it!

March finally saw the debut of the second member of Blackpink Solo: Rosé released her first album "R". This was followed by another solo debut in April, as Red Velvet's Wendy delighted fans with her first album "Like Water".

Then in May, there was a special highlight for many K-Pop fans, as BTS presented their new single"Butter". Even after seven months, the song is a permanent fixture on many playlists! Over the middle of the year, more big names followed: Twice's summer album "Taste of Love" was released in June, and in July EXO's D.O. finally released his first solo album after nine years in the music buisness: “Empathy”!

In August there was especially a lot to pack, because a lot of you ordered “Noeasy” by Stray Kids!

Also in the last half of the year our favorite artists knocked out one hit after another. September saw the release of Lisa's debut album "Lalisa",, "Sticker" by NCT 127 and "Crazy In Love" by ITZY. October was no less exciting, as over two years after her first digital single, Somi finally presented us with her first physical album "XOXO"! Also released were “Dimension: Dilemma” by Enhypen and "Savage" by Aespa.

In November we could enjoy "Blood Moon" by Oneus and "No Limit" by Monsta X, among others.

What all has been released this month, you probably still remember well. NCT's "Universe", Ateez's "Zero: Fever Epilogue" and a seemingly endless series of season's greetings are just a part of it!

Of course, the albums listed are only a fraction of all of this, but we've given you this review to remind you of a few of our personal favorites!

Unfortunately, some groups like IZ*ONE, Gfriend and Lovelyz disbanded this year, ending their respective eras, but in return, many new groups saw the light of day in 2021 and conquered our hearts! These include Purple Kiss, Lightsum, Kingdom and Ive!

We were also able to witness Brave Girl's success story! The girl group was about to break up when because of a viral video the four year old song "Rollin" suddenly stormed all charts! This was followed by countless advertising deals, appearances and the new album "Summer Queen".

Of course we had to do without a lot of things this year because of the worldwide pandemic. To entertain us at home, Korea's actors were also hard at work. K-dramas like Vincenzo, True Beauty and Hospital Playlist filled our evenings. Not to forget: Squid Game! For many, certainly a highlight of the year, as the series not only thrilled K-drama fans, but also international viewers worldwide, creating a real hype.

For us at Nolae, 2021 was also a very special year. Thanks to you and all the other customers who put their trust in us in the past months and ordered from us for the first or repeated times.
