The five-member girl group celebrated its tenth anniversary in February and recently announced a single album titled “X 10th Anniversary Single” to mark the occasion. A few hours ago, EXID also uploaded teasers that give deeper insights into the album!
You have been able to pre-order “X” in our shop for a few days now!
The album consists of a 68-page photo book, a CD, one of 5 possible square special cards and two of 20 photocards.
Thanks to the new teasers, we have known for a short while that the CD will contain four songs: The title track 불이나 (translated “Fire”), IDK (I Don’t Know), Leggo and an English version of Fire. So fans can look forward to several new songs for their playlist!
Besides the Tracklist, EXID also uploaded the first video teaser for the new music video to their YouTube channel today:
According to the official schedule, which has been on Instagram for almost a week, we can look forward to concept photos of Solji on September 16 next! Until the album’s release on September 29, concept photos of the other members and a second music video teaser will follow.
The new single is EXID’s first album since the Japanese album “B.L.E.S.S.E.D.”, which was released on August 19, 2020. So it has been almost exactly two years since the girl group released new music! The last Korean album is even longer ago, as “We” was released in May 2019.
What better occasion than the tenth anniversary to return from the hiatus?
