Finally, Oh!GG & Super Junior also present their 2023 Season's Greetings!
K-Pop Blog > News> Oh!GG/ Super Junior
Back in mid-November we introduced you to the 2023 Season's Greetings from various SM Entertainment artists . Among them were NCT, SHINee, aespa or Red Velvet. But two popular groups were missing: Oh!GG (Girls' Generation Subunit) and Super Junior!
There were already two teaser images of both Season's Greetings, but more details were waiting to be released. More than five weeks later, the time has finally come: You can pre-order the packages starting today!
We could already guess the contents, because as always, SM Entertainment's Season's Greetings are very similar. Buyers will get a rectangular box containing a desk calendar and a hardcover diary. So the singers accompany you through the whole year!
But in addition, there are a whole lot of extras: 1 postcard set, 1 folding poster set (2 pcs.) , 1 sticker set (photos and handwriting), 1 A4 poster set, a mini brochure, 1 photo card package & 1 4-cut photo sticker.
How many postcards or photo cards a set contains differs for each Season's Greeting and depends mainly on the number of members.
For Oh!GG the following applies:
- Postcard Set: 10 pieces
- A4 Poster Set: 10 pieces
- Photo Card Pack: 5 transparent and 5 normal photo cards
- 4-Cut Photo Sticker: 5 pieces
Super Junior:
- Postcard set: 9 pieces
- A4 Poster Set: 12 pieces
- Photo Card Pack: 9 transparent and 9 normal photo cards
- 4-Cut Photo Sticker: 9 pieces
In addition, each group also has an individual item, which usually fits the respective concept.
The members of Oh!GGG show themselves in the photos like movie stars in black leather outfits or with guns in their hands. The individual item is a Movie Ticket Set. This consists of five Movie Postcards and five Photo Ticket cards.
Super Junior are holding candles or a cake in their hands on the photos. The individual item is an Accordion Postcard Set (2 pcs.) and a Circle Photo Set (9 pcs.).
Oh!GG is the second sub-unit of Girls' Generation
It consists of Taeyeon, Yoona, Sunny, Yuri, and Hyoyeon. These are the five members of Girls' Generation who are still under contract with SM Entertainment. The other three - Seohyun, Tiffanny and Sooyoung - are still a part of the girl group but changed agencies in 2017. So for SM Entertainment's projects such as 2021's winter album or SMTown concerts, only Oh!GG is featured.
The unit debuted in 2018 with the single album "Lil' Touch" and has sung the song "Melody" for the 2021 SM Winter album "SMCU Express", among others.
In addition, Season's Greetings by Oh!GG started to be released in 2019 instead of Girls' Generation with eight members!
Do you already own a Season's Greeting from Oh!GG or Super Junior? If not, you can add the first one to your collection this year!
