In January, The Boyz announced their new mini album “Be Awake”, which was supposed to be released on February 27. But on January 30, IST Entertainment, The Boyz's label, announced that the release had been moved to February 21. So we are actually getting the album a week earlier!
There are no fewer than 14 different versions to choose from. So that you can decide on one of them, we give you a quick introduction to all of them here: there are three Standard versions and 11 Jewel Case versions.
The three Standard versions each consist of a 72-page photo book which, besides the CD, also includes a lyric book, one of eleven possible film photos, one of eleven ID tags and two of 33 selfie photocards.
The versions are called REACH, REALIZE and REASON, and although the contents are the same, they differ greatly from one another. Because apart from the ID tags, all of the photo books and extras are designed differently.
If you can't decide, it would be worth getting several versions. Even the photocards always have different motifs, so you are guaranteed not to get any duplicates!
Pre-ordering is worth it, too, because then you optionally get a poster as well.
If you'd like a bit more of your bias, you should also take a look at the 11 Jewel Case versions.
Each of them is dedicated to one of the members. Who is your bias? Sangyeon, Jacob, Eric or one of the others? No matter who, there is definitely something for you!
Each Jewel Case comes with a CD, a 16-page booklet and a selfie photocard. It also has an individual cover. According to the album preview, both the booklet and the photocard differ depending on the version. So it looks like you will definitely get the matching photocard as well!
