It keeps going! WJSN aren’t resting on their Queendom 2 win. Since yesterday you can already pre-order the new Special Single Album “Sequence”!
The Queendom 2 finale, the music competition in which 6 well-known girl groups - Hyolyn, Viviz, Brave Girls, Loona, Kep1er and WJSN - competed against each other to determine “the true number 1”, only aired on June 2.
Since then, two of the participants have already announced a comeback. You can also pre-order “DOUBLAST” by Kep1er and “Flip That” by Loona from our shop!
Now the winners WJSN are joining their former rivals too and revealing details about their new single album “Sequence”.
Sequence
The album is released on July 5 and includes no fewer than 13 versions. These include the three photobook versions - “Scene”, “Take 1” and “Take 2” - and 10 Jewel Case versions. Each Jewel Case version is dedicated to one member of the girl group. So WJSN is returning as all ten! That means Dawon, who has been in treatment for anxiety disorders since February and wasn’t part of Queendom either, is back too!
Unfortunately, there are no further details about the contents of the versions yet, but they won’t be long in coming. We hope that the final Queendom single “AURA” will be on the tracklist!
We’re especially looking forward to the comeback because the last album “Unnatural” was released in March 2021, so over a year ago! Since then there has been a digital single and activities by the two subunits “WJSN The Black” and “WJSN Chocome”, but nothing beats a real comeback as a group, right?
