On January 1, Yena posted a mysterious poster with the words “COMING SOON” on Twitter. That got her fans all excited, because they were immediately sure it meant a comeback. And indeed, just a few hours ago Yena revealed the^ details of a new single album titled “Love War”!
After presenting two mini albums so far, her first single album is now on the way. We're used to feel-good songs and bold colors from the singer, but the teasers for Love War are done in black and red. We're already curious to see which new side of herself Yena will show this time!
Let's take a look at the album details now!
There are two versions: “Love” & “War”.
Both consist of a 68-page photobook, each containing two out of 10 possible photocards, as well as one of four stickers and one of two folded posters. Of course, the CD can't be missing either!
Getting a set with both versions is worth it!
Because apart from the stickers, all the contents are designed differently. Even the photocard designs are different in each version, so you're guaranteed not to get any duplicates.
If you order the album before January 17, you also have the chance to get one of the extremely limited Polaroids! (The Polaroids are only included in a very few albums.)
On January 17, Yena celebrates her 1st anniversary!
Most people will probably still know Yena as a member of the popular girl group IZ*ONE, which disbanded in April 2021. Nine months later, on January 17, 2022, she made her solo debut with the mini album “Smiley”.
That was almost a year ago now. And what could be better than finishing her first year as a solo singer with a new album? We're definitely very happy that we get to hear new music from Yena right on time for the anniversary on January 17, 2023!
Love War is already her third album, because in August 2021 there was also the mini album “Smartphone”.
