It has been almost two years since Blackpink last released a new album. Since then, fans have been eagerly waiting for a comeback and in recent months have been asking louder and louder why nothing is planned yet. As you probably know, YG Entertainment finally responded in July and confirmed a new album for September!
That is still a month away, but luckily fans don't have to just wait until then! YG had already announced earlier that a pre-release single would come out in August, and now there are finally details: The song is called “Pink Venom” and will be released on August 19, so in less than two weeks! It looks like pink is the dominant colour of this comeback; after all, the album is called “Born Pink”. But whether pink or black: Lisa, Jennie, Rosé and Jisoo will surely wow us and make us forget that their last album was so long ago!
The last weeks until the comeback will surely fly by when, after the pre-release song, image teasers and further information are released bit by bit.
