Today we can welcome two new lightsticks to our shop at once: Weki Meki and Victon are bringing more light into our world!

Weki Meki

Five years after the debut of the eight-member girl group, fans can FINALLY pre-order the official lightstick starting today! It consists of a simple white stick with a transparent, glittering orb attached to its head. Inside is a golden key. The key is inspired by the girl group’s name “Weki Meki”, which among other things means that the eight girls each hold a key with which they identify one another.

The lightstick has four different light modes: white, orange, flashing red and flickering yellow. This naturally picks up the girl group’s official colors - yellow, red & orange. Hopefully these warm colors will soon light up Weki Meki’s concerts!

Buyers get the lightstick, a wrist strap and a warranty card. The strap can be attached to the lightstick and serves as a safeguard: if the lightstick slips out of your hand, it won’t fall to the ground, because it hangs from the strap around your wrist.

The girl group unveiled the lightstick on August 7 on the occasion of their fifth anniversary and thereby fulfilled a passionate wish of the fans!

Victon

The boy group has also unveiled a new lightstick, but for them it is already the second one!

Like the Weki Meki lightstick and many others, it consists of a white stick with a transparent orb at the top. In this case, inside the orb you can see a shape reminiscent of a three-leaf clover, with the Victon logo on it. Seen from a bit further away, the whole lightstick looks like a key, mainly because of the protruding piece of plastic at the bottom end of the stick, which looks like the “bit” of a key.

It has four light modes, all of which include the two official colors - blue & yellow: blue-yellow, flashing blue-yellow, dimmed blue-yellow, and in the last mode the blue and yellow alternately blend into each other. With the lightstick, buyers get a warranty card and a wrist strap.

Victon Lightstick Ver.2: white stick with a clover-shaped head in blue and yellow, glowing against a dark background at the bottom right

The new lightstick “Ver.2” looks very similar to the first one. This one is also white and has a “bit”, but the head is not enclosed by an orb and stands free. In addition, the first lightstick still bears the old logo. Like the new one, though, it also glows in yellow and blue. The first lightstick was released in February 2018 and now, four years later, the new one is here! Which one do you like better?
