On March 7, Yuju (GFriend) will release her 2nd solo album!

The talented singer, who debuted in the girl group GFriend in 2015, released her first solo album "Rec." on January 18, 2022. After more than a year, Yuju has finally announced a new album:

2nd Mini Album ’O’

Yuju has revealed two versions, a set of extras, several beautiful concept photos and a schedule.

The two versions are called A and B, and both come with a 52-page photo book, CD, and envelope.

Included are several extras: a sticker sheet, a postcard, a bookmark, and two of six possible photo cards. The photo book, envelope and all contents are held together and are protected by a sleeve. The sleeve is also adorned with a photo of Yuju. The stickers are the only thing that is the same in both versions. Everything else is designed differently.

She is basking in the warm evening sun and dressed in autumn colors. These almost dreamy images are raising anticipation for more!

And we already get more today! That's what the scheduletells us, which already appeared at the beginning of last week.

It says that the second set of concept photos will be released on the 22nd, tomorrow, but South Korea is seven hours ahead of Europe. So for us, the first set of concept photos came out on the 20th, not the 21st, and that's why you can expect most of the other teasers a day early!

Yuju has also released two digital singles in addition to the first solo album:

The first one was already released on June 29, 2018, when GFriend was still active. The title is "Love Rain". The second, "Evening," came out just last year, on July 28, 2022.

So in the 13 months that have passed since the first mini album, "Rec.", we have not entirely had to do without Yuju. But nothing replaces a physical album that we can pick up and flip through, right?

They celebrated their eighth anniversary together and hared photos with their fans on their personal Instagram accounts. It's great to see them reunited! Maybe one day they'll record another song together? We keep our fingers crossed!
